OUR PHILOSOPHY
The history of our wines starts from our vineyards. Every bottle of wine that arrives at your table is made from grapes. We shape and care for the vines so that they adapt well to the environment while respecting the ecosystem. Every year we strive to ensure quality raw material which is harmoniously complemented with the human factor to offer you an excellent product. We are motivated by our love for the vineyard and the passion to share with our people a quality glass of wine.
SPANOUDIS WINERY is a small production winery (Garage Winery) with full control of the production process by its owners, aiming to produce quality wines. The winery’s wines come from our privately owned vineyards and are characterized by a low yield per acre. The vineyards of the winery are located in the wine-growing zone of Goumenissa – Kilkis at an altitude of 180 to 250 meters where we cultivate the Greek varieties Xinomavro, Negoska and the French Merlot.
