OUR PHILOSOPHY<\/h3>\n

The Aidarinis family lives, is active and produces fine wines and tsipouro in Goumenissa since the end of the 19th century. It is now a living part of the wine tradition of this beautiful region. The family business, headed by Christos Aidarinis, has its own vineyards and maintains stable partnerships with vine growers in the Designation of Origin zone.
\nAiming at the continuous quality upgrading of its products, it has created a new, well-equipped winery at the entrance of the town, where it welcomes visitors for guided tours and tastings. The traditional picturesque cellar, which is a selling point and an important attraction, is also open to visitors. With more than 2,500 visitors per year, the Aidarinis family makes a large percentage of its sales on site. The family keeps a low profile.
\nThe main objective is initially to achieve further qualitative improvement rather than high volume growth. Recently a new vineyard was planted and the old vines are vinified separately. The products are sold on the domestic market and are also exported to Germany, France and Cyprus.\n<\/p>\n
